Our 8 week challenge is a special program we run 3 times each year and is an extension of our adult program called Training for Warriors.
This is a safe, introductory program involving 3-4 classes per week.
The classes use fun but challenging cardio and weight training workouts for both men and women.
This program also provides daily motivational stories, health tips and a comprehensive nutrition booklet to help you accomplish your goals.
Lastly this is a result driven program, over the 8 weeks we will be tracking your progress through warrior weigh-ins, performance tests and measurements to ensure you are getting results.
