The Warrior 20

Here at Training for Warriors La Cañada we strive to make eating healthy easy. Here is a quick one question quiz.  Which is healthier for you to eat, broccoli or white rice?  I bet majority of you answered broccoli. Eating healthy is very simple but many of us make it a very complex thing.

The Warrior 20 is a list of foods that we should all have in our homes that will allow us to make the correct decisions regarding food choices on a day in and day out basis. The best way to change your eating habits is to start by heading to the grocery store and purchasing the right foods. Eating healthy is not about dieting, it about changing one’s eating lifestyle. If you are able to do this then the results that you desire will come very quickly.

The Warrior 20 will help anyone looking to get back on track and start eating healthy again. Here are the first ten Warrior foods you should have in your house.
